These terms and conditions, along with terms of use, disclaimer, and privacy policy, govern your relationship with Peoples WASH Solution LLP (hereinafter referred to as “PWS” / “We” / “us”). Your use and transactions on www.peopleswashsolution.com indicate that you have read and understood these terms and policies and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these terms and conditions. PWS shall be responsible for fulfilling your order, including but not limited to issuing invoices and delivering services to the recipient as stated on PWS website.
At PWS, we will give you access to our services for 10 hours (9:00 am-6:00 pm Monday to Saturday in a week). The website may not be available to you from time to time, for reasons including but not limited to unavoidable circumstances or maintenance purposes. You acknowledge and understand this exception.
PWS reserves the right to add or discontinue any services from its website at its sole discretion. PWS reserves the sole right to amend/modify these terms and conditions at any time, as it may deem necessary or desirable. Such changes shall be applicable as they would be available on the website. You are requested to read these terms every time you visit the website for usage or transaction.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
For cancelling the order, the request has to be made at our official email pws@peopleswashsolution.com from your email ID and Phone number used during registration.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your order is placed and then cancelled within 12 hours of booking your order, we will refund 70% of the amount received (according to the service order received). Orders placed and cancelled after 12 hours of booking will not be eligible for a refund from Peoples WASH Solution LLP. We will contact you to notify you that we have received a request for cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account of payment within 7-10 working days. Your participation as a customer in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Your order is valuable to us. We would like you to understand and appreciate how much we care for your orders. Please go through the disclaimers and stay informed.
