Ms. Jyoti Khare is Designated Partner for Peoples WASH Solution LLP. She has done Masters in Mathematics and PG Diploma in Computer Applications from Lucknow University. She has more than 20 years of experience in areas of organizational development, finance, capacity building and education. She has served as Managing Director for Sani Water Solutions and as a Chief Executive for WASH Solutions, in past before joining this assignment.

Our Founder, Mr. Puneet Srivastava, is Designated Partner and is a civil engineer, human resource management and environmental expert. He has more than 25 years of working experience in urban and rural WASH with many national and international organizations in India and abroad.

Mr. Pankaj Hari Arela is a qualified agricultural engineer with more than 15 years of experience in water resources, irrigation, water supply and watershed development.

Ms. Chaitali Mondal, is an MBA and is a WASH expert with more than 17 years of professional experience in WASH and Social sector. She leads the West Bengal and adjoining state of Jharkhand operations of PWS and is based in Kolkata.

Er. Anubhav Bhatnagar has done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is working with PWS focusing on Happy Tap Partnerships, Hand Hygiene Promotion and business development.

Mr. Nitin Sahu has formal qualifications in accounts and commerce and works to support Finance Coordination within PWS.

Ms. Anjana Singh is working with PWS as Programme Coordinator ( WASH Services). She has done MA in Economics. She is responsible for Admin & HR besides coordinating work on water quality testing and rain water harvesting services.
