Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – courier or home delivery/ pick up . You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. The delivery costs either by courier or home delivery /pick up will be paid upfront and shall be non refundable.
Order Processing Time
All orders for products placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched by close of next day, all orders placed after will be dispatched within 2 days of order subject to avaiilablity in our warehouse Lucknow. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. If there is a delays beyond above time lines , our Customer Care will inform you about the likely date of dispatch of your order.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Time of delivery
Peoples WASH Solution LLP shall attempt to ensure the delivery of the products , services within the stipulated time frame as in purchase order or quotation supplied. However, delay from the committed time lines due to unforeseen situations such as transport strikes, courier strikes, lock downs , force majeour conditions such as floods, earthquake, accidents, fire , war and other security situations can not be ruled out. Peoples WASH Solution LLP will keep its customers informed about such delays in delivery than the committed time lines. However, no claim of refund or cancellation of order from customer shall be entertained due to delay happening for such force majeour conditions or circumstances beyond the control of the firm.
